Return/Refund

Please note that Duo Insanity Sports Nutrition will only accept returns and exchanges on products directly purchased from our website. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of your purchase and products must not be opened/used. Any opened products will not be accept due to health and tamper concerns. If a package is damaged, contains the wrong or defective items, or is missing items, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving the shipment to start the return/exchange process.

Instructions

To return your product, visit our contact us page and briefly explain your issue to our support agents. Then, follow the instructions below to complete the return process. Pack up the item you’re returning. Include a letter detailing the reason for return and the original receipt received upon initial delivery. Attach return label on the package. Customer support will provide mailing address for you.

Return/Refund Exceptions/Exclusions

Duo Insanity Sports Nutrition only accepts returns or exchanges on supplements that are unopened or altered.

We don’t offer refunds, returns or exchanges on products acquired for free as part of a promotion. Free items are offered in limited quantities and are not eligible for return.

Duo Insanity Sports Nutrition is not responsible for any costs incurred due to an inability to receive a package from a carrier and will not reship packages returned to us due to missed deliveries. Duo Insanity Sports Nutrition is also not responsible if a package is lost by the carrier or stolen after delivery.

International Orders

It is important that customers understand the laws and regulations in their country. Once a product has shipped, Duo Insanity Sports Nutrition cannot be responsible for any additional fees that may be incurred.

Different countries have different customs fees. These duties, taxes, and fees are usually based on the price, weight, dimensions, and contents of the package being received. The customer is responsible for paying these additional costs and they are IN ADDITION TO the shipping and handling fees paid to us during checkout.

Duo Insanity Sports Nutrition will not reship any international orders due to failure to clear customs. If the goods are returned and received back by Duo Insanity Sports Nutrition, the customer may receive a refund. The refund amount will be for the total amount of the purchase minus the shipping and handling charges.

International Returns/Refunds

Duo Insanity Sports Nutrition will refund customers for items returned by international (non-US or Canada) customers. We will refund the customer for the total amount of the purchase minus shipping and handling charges once the items are shipped back and received by Duo Insanity Sports Nutrition.

Customer must pay for the return shipping and handling, unless the return is due to a defect in product or wrong order. If the customer wants to exchange the product, they will be responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees.

Duo Insanity Sports Nutrition will only pay for return shipping on orders that are defective or wrong. Shipping must be paid by the consumer for all other returns.
